SHIPPING

All orders ship from Florida Monday-Friday. Orders placed 2pm EST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verification etc.)

We ship USPS Priority Mail for ground shipping. We ship via FedEx Next day mail for expedited orders.

We do not ship international.

NEXT DAY PICKUP - LOCALS ONLY

Are you local and want to pick up your order from Modish Salon? Add "Local Pickup" to your order notes and we'll refund shipping once you pick up your order. Orders will be ready for pickup the next day. Orders can be picked up at Modish Salon Monday-Saturday from 10am-6pm (eastern time) and on Sunday from 10am-2pm.

RETURNS

You can Return/Exchange the product within 30 days from the day of the receipt if the following criteria’s are met.

• The hair has not been worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

Start by sending us an email at customerservice@modextensions.com with the following information...

• Order #
• Product name + qty

Note: For your return to be accepted, the item must be in original packaging, unused, and unaltered. If the product is altered, or has been damaged in any way, the return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved via email, and we have received the product, we will:

For returns, credit your account used for the original payment.

For exchanges, ship out replacement.
