Are you able to cut the weft of our extensions?
Hand tied wefts are not able to be cut, but we have conveniently placed two adjustment points on each weft for you to use. We recommend you cut slightly before the adjustment point and not directly on it, please use caution while doing this so the hand tied weft does not completely unravel and ruin.
How much hair will I need for a client?
It all depends on the density for each client. Our wefts have the highest density on the market, so you may expect that you will use 1-2 less wefts per client. At Modish salon, we exclusively use the IBE method, so we are typically using 4 wefts per row.
Can you color the extensions?
Yes! As long as you are not using bleach, go for it. Our favorites to use are Schwartzkopf Igora Vibrance and Redken shades EQ on our extensions.
What are the criteria to become a stock list member?
We only service licensed cosmetologist that are trained in hand ties extensions.
A few things that we take into consideration are:
• Level of education, training, and experience.
• Certifications.
• Projected monthly order volume.
How do I know if my application has been approved?
After we have looked over your application, we will contact you via email. If you have been accepted, will send you an access invite email.
Are color rings available?
Upon account approval, you will be able to purchase a color ring.
